The following is a written presentation for those who are hearing impaired
After 30 years of post graduate studies, researching health related subjects, I have found the following are some simple steps that are necessary to help my wife and me to have a higher quality of health and continue our quest for a better chance of a quality longevity. Do I have all the answers? No. But I have learned over the last thirty years of treating patients that there are things that people can do to gain better health.
Some of what I have documented at this website are so simple and cost very little. Of course the other things that my wife and I do cost us some extra money. If you make some of the similar health investments for yourself, they will cost you some money and in some cases it may appear to cost more then you thought it might. I think each person must determine what their health is really worth to them. An ounce of prevention will cost some money, but a pound of cure can and many times will financially destroy you, plus with that pound of cure comes a cost of losing parts of your body to emergency procedures such as surgery that will make you less than you were and drugs, which destroy internal body systems in order to suppress and postpone health problems to a later date.
I'm not telling you to do anything, that can only be your decision and you must live with your decisions. My wife and myself are no different than most people, when it comes to doing everything right for our health. When we were younger we abused our bodies as young adults do, but we didn't know better at the time. The old saying, "One must be young and stupid to be old and wise" makes more sense now. We realized after being in the health field for so long, if we didn't start to make some major changes we would not enjoy a great deal of what life had left to offer us, because of aging diseases. We had to make some changes or be like the majority of old and sick humans.
At one time in my life I said, "To live the perfect level of body health, you would be living in a bubble with machines that would do everything from breathing for you to having IV's stuck in you to feed you. Folks, I knew that what I was saying was just a joke at the time. But, as I look in the hospitals today it really wasn't a joke and that it is a reality that does not make you healthier, just closer to death. Most of us are able to do some things that will give us a better run on longevity and still enjoy many of the pleasures that life has to offer.
On this page I have provided you with the fast track to this web site and it provides some very simple things that you need to know that will help you reach a better level of health without loosing out on all the things that make life enjoyable. Some things will require minimal investment to do, but there are other things that will require you to spend some extra money to gain better health.
One of the things I have learned in life is there is hardly anything that is free, almost everything cost something. The last thought I want to leave with you is this, "When you buy something that does not cost much generally cost you a lot later. If you spend $100 for a sweater it can last for 20 years, but if you buy a sweater for $20.00, it will be worn out in a year or so. Health related items that seem to cost you a lot will pay back many dividends down the road, but things that seem like a bargain or does not seem like much will end up in your medicine cabinet for years collecting dust and never really gave you any real benefit at all".
It's your life!! Do something now that will help you.
or do nothing and wait Until its to late.
BUT IF YOU NEED A BODY OVERHAUL RIGHT NOW
