Protocol

The average person who is over thirty years old has been exposed hopefully only to mild to moderate degrees of heavy toxic metals daily throughout their life's, and should consider following the suggested use;  At least one suppository per day for ninety (90) days to be on the save side.

Doctors who provided chelation therapy generally recommend 10 units of EDTA IV procedures (directly into the blood) for every ten (10) years of live. Therefore, one unit of IV treatment is equal to approximately 3 suppositories to get a good heavy metal detoxification of the blood and cells.

ADDITIONAL EXAMPLES:

NOTE:  Any time a person does any type of detoxification, they need to allow the body to readjust to the stages of cleansing and healing.  Therefore, I personally would recommend that a person do the suppositories during the week for (5) days and then let the body readjust and heal on the weekends.

How long should a person do a detox program?

This will depend on their life time accumulation level that a person has been exposed to.  I personally suggest that my patients have me retest them once a month to know, if further treatment is necessary.

For those people who are or will be continuously exposed to heavy toxic metals due to their job or environment should strongly consider doing this program more frequently at least once a year.

There is nothing written in stone, that I can find as to how many times this therapeutic approach should be done for those who work in environments of  toxic heavy metals.  You must rely on your own judgment and/or routine testing for that answer.

Regarding a maintenance use of these suppositories,  I don't believe anyone really knows what would be the correct frequency that a individual person should take to be totally safe from these deadly toxic metals.  Given that, I do think to help limit the amounts of heavy metals that are not eliminated through normal blood filtration and do reach vital body cells and stay there, the following may help address the normal exposure of these toxic heavy metal;

One suppository every two to four weeks may be enough.  Of course, if you are one of those people that is exposed to high levels of toxic metals more (such as in your job) then the average person, you may consider one to two suppositories per week may be the right frequency.

These are only suggestions and again everyone is different and their level of exposure.  The test kits that are available on the market today will almost always show some positive finds for heavy metal toxicity.  So understand, we all need to detox the heavy metals within our bodies, but you will never be 100% clean due to our current earth's environment (soil, air and water) and the daily manufacture of industrial products and usage.

NOTE: I always recommend to patients that they need to take a good daily mineral supplement everyday.  If you are doing a toxic metal detoxification program, it is mandatory.   Even though EDTA is aggressively removing bad metals out of your body, some good minerals to a lesser degree may be affected by the cleansing and therefore, you should replace them daily.

Suggested Use

It is recommended and safe to use Kelatox suppositories once nightly for at least 90 days for a good detox. Depending upon your health and level of toxicity, you may need use Kelatox for up to 120-150 days. Use Kelatox 2-3 hours after your last meal to reduce metabolic competition, also try to have a bowel movement to clear out any excess matter prior to use. Take a good, natural multi mineral at least 12 hours separate from the Kelatox to replace essential minerals. Drink a good quantity of water during the day to help with the flush of the toxins.

It is not required to use Kelatox on a daily basis and less frequent use will not harm the detoxification process however it will take a longer period of time to receive the benefits.

It is also recommended to cleanse your intestinal tract, bowels, liver and kidneys of any excess matter. It is highly recommended to eat the most healthful diet as possible and include natural fruits and vegetables while removing most or all processed foods. Foods high in unnatural additives, High Fructose Corn Syrup, MSG, sodium or sugar should be avoided.

Adverse Effects

The following negative effects may occur when using KeLATOX suppositories; headache, light headedness, fatigue, nausea and a bit of rectal discomfort. These symptoms are uncommon and usually transient. Other negative effects that rarely occur include nasal congestion or draining, dizziness, and a skin rash. Renal toxicity, such as found with IV EDTA is not present in suppository administration. The most common complaints are loose stool and gas experienced in the first few applications, which are simply signs your body is detoxifying.

Precautions

Treatment with EDTA has been shown to cause a lowering of blood sugar and insulin requirements in patients with diabetes who are treated with insulin. Diabetic patients should check their insulin and glucose levels during EDTA treatment. Adverse side effects are rare. KeLATOX exhibits no known adverse renal, hepatic cardiovascular, gastrointestinal or nervous system effects. Safe use of EDTA in pregnancy has not been established with respect to adverse effects on fetal development. KeLATOX should not be used by women who are or may become pregnant unless the potential benefits out weigh the possible hazards.

Storage

KeLATOX suppositories may be stored at average room temperature. You may store in the refrigerator but do not freeze. If subjected to temperatures above 95 degrees store right side up in the refrigerator for 45 minutes before using.
