The Truth About Bottled Water

WATER- A FREE HEALTH GIFT

I'm am a researcher. I have researched dehydration for the past 20 years. When I discovered that the solution to most of the disease conditions of our society is not a money maker, I decided to take my information to the public.

My research revealed that unintentional dehydration produces stress, chronic pains and many degenerative diseases. Dry mouth is not the only sign of dehydration and waiting to get thirsty is wrong. Medicine has based its understanding that it is solid matter in the body that regulates all functions of the body. I have explained scientifically at the molecular level that it is water that regulates all functions of the body including functions of solid matter. 75 % of our bodies are composed of water. The brain is 85% water. It is water that energizes and activates the solid matter. If you don’t take enough water, some functions of the body will suffer. Dehydration produces system disturbances. When I use the word water cure, I am referring to curing dehydration with water."

Water may be one of the keys to why so many people are sick

When I tell a patient they need to drink more water, after 28 years plus in practice I get the same answer over and over again, "Doc, I do drink a lot of water a day".  Folks, coffee - tea - sodas or alcoholic beverages do not qualify as a good source of water, they are diuretics liquids.  This means for every ounce of these diuretics you take in to your body, you need to drink as additional ounce of water to equal the loss of fluid to the body.

SO How much water do you need to drink every day?

That would all depend on which research paper, you would choose to believe.  I will give you the information based on my research that I feel will be close to the right amount.   Everyday your body will normally excrete about one to one and half quarts a day.   This will occur basically through the lungs, skin, bowels and kidneys for the most part.  If you drink any diuretic liquids, you are excreting even more.  If you do not drink anything, but straight (H2O) water you need to drink a little more than you eliminated.  That will be about two quarts a day (half of a gallon) to meet your basic water needs.  If you do any active that causes you to sweat more than normal you need even more water. Now, for a good barometer of knowing if you are getting the right amount of water per day a real easy way to be pretty close to the right amount is to look at your urine.  If it is clear than you are probably getting the necessary amount, but if it has color such as yellow than you are not drinking enough and waste is overloading in your body.  Another way is to divide your weight by 2 and that will give you an average of water required for your body weight. Example: 155 lbs. divide by 2 = 77 to 78 ounces of water per day.

Food for thought:  If you do not put good clean clear water into your system everyday your body will use what it has to slow the dehydration of the body, which is the brown dirty water from your septic system (the colon) and deplete water from organs, spinal disc and joints .   Your Choice!
